Project Progress Report & Progress Photograph Specification

The Contractor shall prepare and submit daily progress report for the work at monthly and weekly basis interval. These reports shall be initialed by both the Contractor’s representative and S.O. representative. The Contractor shall allow for making ten copies of these report for distribution to all parties concerned.

The monthly progress report shall include the following:

• Location Plan
• Layout Plan

 Executive Summary

• Progress of works to date
• Significant development and achievement
• Planning for the succeeding period
• Critical decision and action required
• Analysis of potential impact to contract
• Significant problem
• Current and potential delay
• Mitigation measures to reduce or overcome delay

 Schedule and Work Programme Report

• Overall progress
• Overall summary programme
• Detailed current updated programme ( with actual progress) vs. previous month updated programme)
• Two weeks look ahead programme
• Physical progress S-Curve
• Material / Equipment Delivery

 Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Report

• Health and welfare report
• Safety and security report
• Environmental report

Quality Assurance / Quality Control Report

• Status of Work Method Statement (WMS), inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP) submission
• Status of sample and testing submission
• Status of Shop Drawing submission
• List of Construction Drawings
• Status of Non Conformance Report (NCR)
• Status of As Built Drawings
• Status of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manual and testing

(Note: All samples of materials and Method Statement to be submitted at least one month before the commencement of the Work)

Progress Photograph

The Contractor shall provide of coloured ten sets of photograph to be distributed to the S.O. and the Consultants. One set shall be displayed in the site conference room and albums shall be provided for this purpose by the Contractor which will be handed over to the S.O. at the completion of the Works. All the photograph for distribution shall be fixed to hard paper and suitable caption shall be typedat bottom of each photograph describing the subject and date taken.
